We launched Renovision as a renovation and real estate development company when everyone else was hitting the exits. No silver spoons here, just a relentless work ethic, vision, and commitment to helping communities one neglected property at a time.

Present day: We've evolved into a real estate firm serving the entire NC Triangle, but our core values haven't changed. In 2015, Renovision Properties was awarded Preservation Durham’s “Neighborhood Conservation Award” for outstanding work in historic neighborhoods at risk of tear-downs. We were proud to be recognized for choosing preservation over demolition.
